Redevelopment of the former
Rugeley Power Station
Welcome to our consultation website, where we are seeking your views and input into our reserved matters application for new homes at the site of the former Rugeley Power Station.
By sharing these plans, we aim to ensure you are kept updated, and that your views are taken into consideration prior to the submission of the reserved matters planning application.
As you may be aware, outline planning permission for the redevelopment of the former Rugeley Power Station site to deliver a mixed-used development including 2,300 homes, open space, and key infrastructure was granted by Cannock Chase District Council and Lichfield District Council in April 2021.
Vistry Group is now bringing forward proposals for the first phase of a reserved matters planning application for approximately 600 homes at a section of the former Rugeley Power Station site.
